Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Our practices align with the standards outlined in the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Collection & Storage of Personal Information
We collect and maintain personal data that you provide directly when:
- Making an accommodation reservation
- Subscribing to our newsletter
- Making an incidental purchase connected to a reservation
We do not buy email marketing lists from third parties, nor do we sell or share your personal information with outside vendors or partners.
The personal information collected may include:
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Tokenized Credit Card Details
Information is provided through our secure website, during the booking/subscription process, or via your travel agent or booking platform. Our reservations system is web-based, PCI-compliant, SSL-secured, firewalled, and password-protected. Credit card data is tokenized, and only the last four digits are visible to staff.
We also collect and store email addresses for our newsletter. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribed addresses are removed from our database.
Our website uses Google Analytics™ to track traffic and website performance. This information is stored securely by Google, not by us.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal data exclusively to:
- Process accommodation reservations
- Communicate before, during, and after a trip
- Send newsletters via third-party services
Credit card data is permanently deleted after the card’s expiration date. Contact information for confirmed guests remains securely stored, while only email addresses are retained for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your personal data or ask that we delete it from our records at any time. To do so, please use our Contact Form and select Privacy Request as the subject.
Automatic Logging of Session Data
We automatically log session data such as IP addresses, operating system, browser type, and site activity. This helps us analyze site performance, diagnose server issues, and improve user experience. IP addresses may also provide approximate geographic location, but no personal identification is made.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. Our cookies do not contain personal information and cannot run programs, plant viruses, or access your files.
Cookies help us personalize your experience and improve efficiency. Third-party cookies may also be used by advertising partners to track ad performance. These do not collect personal data and remain anonymous.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your settings to block or limit them. Please note that disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
Other Uses
If you contact us directly (for example, with a question), we may use the information you provide (name, email, phone number, etc.) to respond and improve our services.
